How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is the return policy for Juvia’s Place products?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our vibrant beauty products globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties.
Are Juvia’s Place products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Juvia’s Place is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so on our behalf.
